Join ASML as an entry-level EUV Technical Support Engineer in Taichung, providing second-line technical support for ASML systems at customer sites. Key Responsibilities

•Problem analysis and approach: Gather information, analyze with available means, collect additional diagnostic data if needed, decide on initial approach and execute in consultation with others.
•Problem handovers and routing: Document and package all data relevant for problem resolution when handing over to Sr. TSEs or 3rd line support.
•Repairs: Advise customer personnel and 1st line support in dealing with complex problems, replace parts, adjust settings, and execute repairs with limited supervision.
•Training / advice: Explain actions to first line engineers and customers to correct malfunctions and train them in routine and non-routine maintenance.
•Process Optimization: Signal gaps and improvement opportunities and report to relevant stakeholders

Key Requirements

•BS degree in a relevant technical field (Electrical Technology, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, etc.) with experience or comparable working and thinking level
•Experience in semiconductor industry preferred
•Specialized knowledge in pneumatics, hydraulics or electronics, and semiconductor processes, and relevant software
•Experience in using computer applications, including data analysis tools, word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software
•Has complete knowledge on product functionality of the main modules and complete knowledge of primary competency/subsystem
