Job Summary

Lead and direct concurrent standard or complex client projects, guiding them from original concept through final implementation and handover to operations. Serve as the single point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring client satisfaction, managing escalations, and maintaining scope control, change management, budget adherence, timeline delivery, and quality criteria. Coordinate project teams, manage risks and issues, provide clear communications, and support pre-sales scoping, costing, and proposal delivery.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead and direct concurrent standard or complex client projects.
•Interface with stakeholders to deliver projects from concept through implementation and handover to operations.
•Ensure client satisfaction, manage escalations as the single point of contact, and maintain quality, on-time delivery, and budget adherence.
•Manage delivery including rigorous scope control and change management; coordinate project teams via task delegation or resource assignment.
•Handle documentation and management of risks and issues, and provide pre-sales support by scoping and costing solutions for proposals.

Key Requirements

•Seasoned project management skills to plan, organize, and execute projects from initiation to completion.
•Ability to establish strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external clients.
•Good written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work in high-pressure environments.
•Business acumen and commercial skills, including managing expectations and balancing alternatives against business and financial constraints.
•Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in business/project management or related field; relevant certifications preferably PMP required (ITIL is beneficial).
