Key Responsibilities

  • •Specify, realize, and qualify mechanical designs for robotics, mechatronics, precision mechanics, and/or opto-mechanics subsystems.
  • •Develop factory engineering design solutions and transfer TPD (Technical Product Document) to Asia suppliers for manufacturing.
  • •Own mechanical engineering quality and component EoL (End of Life) requests for DUV XT modules.
  • •Create technical product documentation using 3D modeling (NX) and BOM structures, and deliver EPS/TPS/EDS/TAR and Design-BoM for mechanical parts and modules.
  • •Support YS sensor manufacturing in the New Taipei Factory and with Asia suppliers, including high-end troubleshooting, and manage outsourcing of mechanical parts/modules.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 3-5 years of experience as a system/module mechanical design engineer.
  • •Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • •Develop design concepts, perform engineering analysis, and build and test prototypes.
  • •Generate detail CAD designs and engineering drawings, and support system integration and test.
  • •Familiarity with NX modeling software and mechanical tolerance analysis, material selection, and surface treatment.
