Operate microwave equipment as part of the meat tempering process, helping maintain production flow while following Tyson policies and procedures. Monitor and adjust microwave settings to reach target temperatures, complete downtime sheets, and track tempered meat by pallet, unit, and lot numbers. Follow sanitary procedures, report potential food-safety deficiencies, and meet GMP and safety guidelines in an extreme-temperature environment.
