Key Responsibilities

•Partner with account teams and channel partners on Fortune 500 accounts, tracking customer profile, business problems, roadmaps, and solution success.
•Conduct customer discovery to understand the customer’s current state and map business problems back to Atlassian products, platforms, and solutions.
•Be a product expert in the pre-sales process, articulating and demonstrating software value and how it changes customer ways of working.
•Lead value-based demonstrations (standard and customized) across stakeholder needs, from product demos to portfolio vision.
•Guide customers’ technical needs in the sales process to gain buy-in, and document product feedback and competitive intelligence for internal teams.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience interacting with enterprise customers in a pre-sales capacity, with strong communication and presentation skills.
•Interpret complex business problems, boil them down into solutions, and collaborate with prospects, partners, and sales teams to deliver value-based solutions.
•Comfortable in both business and technical contexts, interacting with executives and technical audiences.
•Demonstrated customer-centric mindset with a proven track record building executive relationships and rallying internal teams.
•Open to continuous learning, feedback, and iteration while handling failure and staying customer-focused.
