Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure compliance with regulatory, security, and bank policies and procedures for the teller area.
  • •Provide teller staff training, coaching, and motivation to improve customer service and accuracy.
  • •Monitor staffing needs via scheduling and ensure proper coverage.
  • •Coach each teller to assigned monthly referral goals and participate in meeting branch sales referral goals.
  • •Maintain teller currency levels, order sufficient cash, conduct audits/security tests as scheduled, and oversee day-to-day teller operations (including vault responsibilities for some branches).

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 20.5 - 26.5 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High school (or equivalent) and two or more years of teller or banking experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • •Must be able to lift/push up to 50 lbs.
  • •Must work onsite to perform responsibilities and be available during branch hours (Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:30pm; Saturday, 8:30am-1pm).
  • •Demonstrate excellent customer service skills and strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • •Strong attention to detail with accuracy in balancing, reconciliation, and math/keyboard/computer performance.
