Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and improve the technical build, architecture, and roadmap for 3D obstacle perception for end-to-end autonomous driving.
  • •Design and implement advanced 3D perception models for obstacle detection and tracking using multi-camera inputs and/or multi-sensor fusion.
  • •Build efficient, production-grade deep learning models by defining objectives, selecting/prototyping architectures, and running experiments with training/evaluation guidelines.
  • •Define and maintain KPI frameworks, analyze large-scale real and synthetic datasets, and systematically improve accuracy, robustness, and efficiency.
  • •Contribute to data strategy by specifying data/labeling requirements and collaborating on data collection/annotation, including model-assisted workflows and model-in-the-loop tooling.

Key Requirements

  • •PhD, MS, or BS (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • •5+ years of hands-on experience developing deep learning-based perception or closely related systems for complex real-world problems, including taking models from prototype to production.
  • •Strong proficiency with deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch and the ability to build reliable, high-performance, production-quality software.
  • •Strong programming skills in Python and/or C++ and experience building production-grade systems.
  • •Proven data-driven development experience, working closely with data/labeling/validation teams on data strategy, labeling quality, and iterative improvement.
