Senior People Business Partner

Partner with HRBP, managers, and leaders to drive employee engagement, team performance, and organizational effectiveness. Advise on employee relations, performance management, and development conversations, while managing investigations and core people programs such as reviews, compensation cycles, engagement actions, and talent planning. Use people analytics and employee feedback to assess organizational health and improve retention, working cross-functionally with Recruiting, People Operations, Legal, and Finance.
