Job Summary

Deliver instructor-led training within Medi24 across all platforms, supporting global operations through in-person or remote facilitation. Own onboarding and new hire orientation, maintain the e-learning knowledge base, and run training needs analyses to build tailored training plans. Evaluate and update training content to remain audit-ready, collaborate with Instructional Design on materials, and use quantitative and qualitative feedback to measure speed to competency and training impact.

Key Responsibilities

•Deliver instructor-led training across global operations functions in-person or remotely.
•Develop training and onboarding programs using adult learning principles; conduct new hire onboarding and orientation sessions.
•Maintain and evaluate training content and the e-learning knowledge base to stay audit-ready and reflect business changes.
•Collaborate with Instructional Design to create and update training materials, training aids, and manuals; develop tailored e-learning courses with the Global Ops Training Unit.
•Measure training impact using feedback and data (e.g., speed to competency) and support implementation of a monthly training plan and new hire academy support network.

Key Requirements

•2+ years of experience as a Trainer or related role, delivering online and/or classroom learning using proven training methodologies.
•Medical qualification as a Registered Nurse (HF/FH), Paramedic, Midwife, or Medical Practice Assistant (MPA).
•Fluency in German and/or French.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
•Strong communication, presentation, and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize workload and work independently.
