Job Summary

Execute safe and secure operations at the facility gates and inspection/logistics areas. You’ll manage car movement documentation, lead communication and de-escalation, conduct patrols, and follow incident response protocols. Partner with leaders to resolve badge creation and CCTV-related requests while ensuring inventory control procedures are followed. Use the Safe and Secure Application (SAS App) and RFID technology, uphold facility access/egress principles, and deliver a service-first experience.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage and document car movement into and out of inspection center entrance and exit gates.
•Conduct routine patrols of inspection center and logistics yard/buildings, documenting security and safety concerns.
•Use incident response protocols, promote an incident-ready focus, and de-escalate situations as needed.
•Coordinate with Safe and Secure team leaders on badge creation and CCTV review requests and related components.
•Execute facility safe and secure principles for access/exit and support inventory control procedures using SAS App and RFID technology.
