Job Summary

Assist daily operations in the Manufacturing Department to produce products safely and to required quality standards. Weigh and mix materials using compounding equipment for specified durations, check materials against formulas and characteristics, and submit samples to Quality Control. Complete production paperwork, pack and label finished products/intermediates, verify materials and containers, and operate a forklift or other material-moving equipment when needed.

Key Responsibilities

•Assist in day-to-day Manufacturing Department operations to ensure compliant, safe production.
•Weigh or measure materials and mix them in a prescribed manner using compounding equipment for a specified duration.
•Submit samples to Quality Control for approval and complete all required production paperwork.
•Check materials for specific characteristics and follow formula instructions.
•Fill, pack, and label finished products/intermediates; inspect containers and operate forklift/material-moving equipment as needed.

Key Requirements

•Possess at least a Professional Certificate/NITEC in Supply Chain, Logistic/Transportation or equivalent.
•Prior experience in a manufacturing environment will be advantageous.
•Have a good attitude and be willing to learn.
•Possess a forklift license.
•Ability to communicate effectively and be physically fit to lift equipment around 25 kg.
