•Manage and own systems and equipment standards within ICA
•Troubleshoot issues and drive root-cause corrective actions

•Eliminate defects and build technical mastery across production systems
•Lead or participate in training, change management, and continuous improvement initiatives

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 39.32 hourly

Key Requirements

•1-3 years of experience in a relevant technical field
•Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; technical degree/certification in electrical or electrical engineering preferred
•Knowledge of electrical systems, including PLCs, HMI, and process control
•Strong problem-solving and communication skills; ability to read and use electrical schematics
•Willingness to work rotating shifts and wear PPE
