Job Summary

Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale Microsoft implementations (Azure, Dynamics 365 ERP/CRM, Power Platforms) across Southeast Asia. Manage complex fixed-price engagements, interpret contractual obligations, govern scope/change, planning, financial tracking, and risk to ensure delivery success. Engage confidently with CXO and senior stakeholders, lead and develop cross-functional teams, and apply AI capabilities within the SDLC (where applicable) to improve efficiency and outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

•Drive end-to-end delivery of large-scale Microsoft opportunities implementations across Southeast Asia within a regional delivery model.
•Interpret and manage contractual obligations, ensuring alignment with scope, commercial terms, and client expectations across the project lifecycle.
•Lead cross-functional teams by driving accountability, resolving conflicts, and maintaining delivery momentum in high-pressure environments.
•Govern commercially sensitive fixed-price projects, including scope and change management, planning/scheduling, financial tracking/cost control, and risk identification/mitigation.
•Engage CXO and senior business stakeholders, handle escalations, and independently manage large, complex across BU/practice domain ERP/CRM programs from initiation through closure.

Key Requirements

•12+ years of total working experience, including technology project implementation at a regional scope across more than 3–5 countries.
•Strong understanding of contract terms and interpretation, with proven customer expectations management skills.
•Experience working in consulting and solution implementation environments.
•Technical depth in Microsoft platforms, preferably Dynamics 365 ERP/CRM and/or Power Platforms, to guide architecture and integration discussions.
•Prior experience managing commercially sensitive fixed-price projects, including governance for scope/change, project planning, financial control, risk management, and delivery execution.
