Key Responsibilities

•Deliver a strong client experience by engaging clients in person and over the phone and identifying financial wellness opportunities.
•Provide customized financial wellness recommendations to help clients meet their goals and confidence in their finances.
•Open and expand relationships for personal and business accounts and related deposit and lending products.
•Build partnerships with branch teammates and line-of-business partners, manage centers of influence, and pursue client acquisition.
•Ensure compliance with operational, risk, security, and audit procedures, including documenting client interactions, and support branch operations and teller transactions as needed.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 20.67 - 31.25 hourly

Key Requirements

•1+ year of experience developing new and existing customer relationships, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources (sales experience is more important than financial services experience).
•Understanding of consumer credit, including loan-to-value, debt-to-income, and credit reports.
•Foundational knowledge of sales and service techniques, including tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, and networking.
•Demonstrated ability to influence business partners and leverage centers of influence.
•Working knowledge of PCs (MS Windows and Office products such as Word and Excel) and digital technology (mobile, apps, and web-based browsing).
