Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure electrical construction contractors follow HSES policy, site regulations, permit-to-work procedures, and client requirements.
  • •Verify contractors adhere to latest AFC project drawings, specifications, ITPs, procedures, and site instructions.
  • •Own HSES and quality for assigned areas, ensuring work is completed according to the project schedule.
  • •Provide proactive support to the project team as required across assigned project work.
  • •Drive technical excellence and assurance for painting and insulation portions in collaboration with other disciplines and the client.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years’ experience in electrical construction work.
  • •5+ years’ experience in oil & gas, refinery, petrochemical, power plant, or similar plants.
  • •Experienced in live plant, greenfield, and turnaround/revamp work.
  • •Electrical-related qualification (vocation, diploma, or bachelor’s) and strong HSES awareness.
  • •Fluent English with basic computer skills and demonstrated technical leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making.
