Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide high-level administrative and strategic support to NCP executives, anticipating needs and removing roadblocks.
  • •Plan, organize, and manage multiple executive calendars across global time zones with discretion and accuracy.
  • •Organize key meetings, events, and team experiences, including off-sites and planning sessions.
  • •Manage domestic and international travel, optimizing itineraries and coordinating vendors.
  • •Prepare expense reports and purchase requisitions, and develop meeting agendas, minutes, and action follow-ups.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 112,000 - 212,750 annually

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of experience supporting senior executives in fast-paced, global organizations (C-Suite preferred).
  • •B.S./B.A. degree or equivalent experience.
  • •Demonstrated discretion, reliability, and proactive problem-solving in complex environments.
  • •Strong organizational skills and ability to adapt as priorities shift.
  • •Experience with AI tools and digital productivity platforms, including Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
