Greet customers in branch lobbies and support everyday banking transactions using mobile app and ATMs. Provide personalized guidance on Citizens products and connect customers with bankers for next steps. Follow all cash handling procedures and applicable state and local laws, while using strong communication and problem-solving skills to resolve questions and concerns. Work branch hours, including evenings and weekends, and complete a video interview assessment after applying.
