Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as primary technical design authority for O2C and TM, owning target-state architecture, data flows, and integration blueprints across SD, pricing, billing, credit management, and TM.
  • •Translate business requirements into functional/technical specifications, including data models, interface specs (IDoc/BAPI/API), enhancement design (user exits, BAdIs, requirement routines), and ABAP program specifications.
  • •Architect and troubleshoot integrations between SAP and POS, Salesforce, and eCommerce (including payment portal integration), defining message structures, interface frequency, error handling, and reconciliation logic.
  • •Lead architecture governance and design workshops: plan/deliver workshops, facilitate fit-gap and requirements sessions, drive trade-off decisions, and maintain an architecture decision log.
  • •Lead and mentor SAP O2C/TM technical and functional resources, review custom development for quality/performance, manage vendors/partners, and support technical roadmaps, audits, and SOX/internal controls compliance.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Supply Chain, or equivalent experience.
  • •15+ years of overall SAP experience, including 5+ years as a technical architect/lead in technical solution design.
  • •Deep hands-on technical expertise in SAP Order to Cash (O2C) and SAP Transportation Management (TM) across configuration and ABAP-level technical design.
  • •Strong ABAP knowledge to read, debug, and review custom code (user exits, BAdIs, enhancement points, reports, interfaces).
  • •Expert experience architecting SAP pricing procedures/condition technique (condition tables, access sequences, VOFM requirement and formula routines).
