Job Function: Solutions Engineering & Sales Engineering

Key Responsibilities

•Own the post-sale technical relationship, serving as the customer’s primary technical advisor from day one
•Lead onboarding engagements, guiding new customers through deployment, configuration, and production rollout of TruffleHog
•Drive adoption by developing rollout strategies, building internal champions within customer organizations, and helping teams integrate TruffleHog into their existing security workflows
•Conduct regular health checks, architecture reviews, and check-ins to ensure customers are realizing full value
•Identify and surface expansion opportunities by understanding evolving customer needs and positioning relevant add-on products

•BA/BS degree in CS or equivalent
•4+ years of working experience in a SaaS environment
