Key Responsibilities

  • •Handle IAM/IGA operational requests and incidents, resolving within SLA and escalating complex cases as needed.
  • •Design, develop, and implement IGA solutions and support integration of IAM systems with enterprise applications.
  • •Facilitate workshops to define role structures, access models, and provisioning requirements with system owners and application teams.
  • •Contribute to Join-Move-Leaver (JML) workflows to ensure accurate provisioning and deprovisioning across connected systems.
  • •Prepare, execute, and monitor access recertification campaigns, remediate orphan/excessive entitlements, and maintain audit-ready documentation.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • •3-5+ years of IT experience, including at least 2 years in an operational, security, or implementation role.
  • •Hands-on IGA platform experience (One Identity Manager strongly preferred; SailPoint/Saviynt or equivalent considered).
  • •Strong IAM/IGA knowledge including JML lifecycle, RBAC, least privilege, access certification, and provisioning/deprovisioning.
  • •Ability to integrate IAM with enterprise applications and support automation scripting (e.g., PowerShell, SQL, .NET or equivalent).
