Drive the adoption of clean power solutions across Europe while supporting sales with cross-functional input from product line leadership, engineering, and commercial teams. Develop value propositions and reference architectures for synchronous condensers, geothermal (ORC/STG), LDES, and CHP, assess feasibility and economics (CAPEX/OPEX/LCOE), and build a qualified pipeline of opportunities. Influence project stakeholders and help shape strategic partnerships and thought leadership, with occasional international travel.

Key Responsibilities

•Support sales prospecting efforts by working cross-functionally to align new product development go-to-market strategy to relevant geographies, applications, and stakeholders.
•Promote and develop value propositions for proposed solutions by assessing competition and architecting technical and business value for customer needs.
•Interact in early project stages to increase demand and market penetration; create reference architectures, assess feasibility, and calculate potential solution value.
•Develop qualified pipelines of opportunities, participate in project screening, and apply prioritization using project scoring tools or matrices.
•Contribute to business model/consortium/strategic partnership development and coordinate complex stakeholder interactions across engineering, legal, risk, and finance.

Key Requirements

•Experience in integrated energy solutions including geothermal (ORC/STG), combined cycle GT plants, cogeneration (CHP), and LDES (Long Duration Energy Storage).
•Strong capabilities with turbomachinery and equipment such as centrifugal/axial compression, gas turbines (GTs), steam turbine generators (STGs), and turboexpanders.
•Experience in utilities, IPPs, and the energy market.
•Project engineering/development experience related to electricity market, power generation, geothermal, and microgrids.
•Thermal engineering software experience (Thermoflow advantageous; GTPro) and familiarity with business case assessment or pre-feasibility studies.
