Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as primary legal advisor to senior leadership on strategic and operational matters.
  • •Draft, review, and negotiate commercial and technology agreements for SaaS, partnerships, enterprise customers, and vendors.
  • •Advise on data privacy and regulatory compliance, including Singapore Personal Data Protection Act and other APAC privacy regulations.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 7-8 years of experience in a regional corporate legal capacity in a fast-paced environment, with a relevant Law degree.

  • •Proven ability to lead negotiations on complex, high-value contracts and agreements.
  • •Ability to explain legal advice clearly in simple terms for business stakeholders without legal backgrounds.
  • •Strong written communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines while staying composed.
