Job Summary

Style marketing and trend shoots, delivering on-brand, on-trend looks for still life and on-model editorial work. Occasionally style ecommerce products in the studio, creating styling moodboards and researching ideas for Styling Manager approval. Partner with the Styling Manager, Content Editor, and Shoot Producer to ensure shoots follow the content calendar and Namshi styling/production guidelines, while meeting KPIs for efficiency, deadlines, and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

•Create and style on-brand, on-trend outfits for all editorial shoots (still life and on model).
•Work with the Styling Manager, Content Editor, and Shoot Producer to represent commercially viable product and translate brand vision into visual styles.
•Generate and research ideas, and deliver clear styling moodboards for Styling Manager sign-off.
•Ensure shoots are produced according to the content calendar and maintain strong knowledge of the shoot schedule and workflow.
•Troubleshoot priorities in a busy studio environment and ensure accuracy to Namshi styling guidelines, production guidelines, and KPIs; style ecommerce product on models when timelines allow.

Key Requirements

•Very fashion-savvy with strong styling sense and an editorial eye, keeping up with industry trends across menswear and womenswear.
•Strong brand knowledge of highstreet and premium fashion, with excellent understanding of global and local trends.
•Experience styling in a variety of studio settings including editorial, ecommerce, and retail catalog.
•Rigorous knowledge of styling techniques and the ability to create styling moodboards for shoots.
•Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a busy, pressured studio environment while managing multiple projects.
