Job Summary

Own end-to-end technical delivery of a Solution Acceleration Program with Top Global customers, bridging from POC workshops to first low-risk production use cases. You’ll write and ship production code in customer environments (Python, TypeScript, Node), design APIs and system architecture, and ensure solutions pass security reviews. Run hackathons and build reusable adoption assets to shorten time-to-value and inform Twilio’s R&D roadmap.

•Lead end-to-end technical engagements, scoping solution architecture in POC workshops and driving stabilization to first live use case.
•Write and ship production code in customer codebases, designing APIs, integrating with customer architecture, and implementing error handling, observability, and tests.
•Architect solutions to pass customer Infosec, security, and Architecture Review Board (ARB) review by translating requirements into implementation decisions.
•Run customer hackathons and builder activation events to accelerate adoption of new solutions.
•Build reusable technical assets (reference implementations, starter apps, SDKs, sample repos, engineering guides) to support adoption across accounts.
