Key Responsibilities

  • •Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve L2/L3 incidents for COTS healthcare applications and perform root-cause analysis for recurring issues.
  • •Proactively monitor application health, interfaces, and batch jobs; execute maintenance, patch validation, and upgrades with vendors and internal teams.
  • •Assess, implement, and validate application changes through controlled release processes, including impact analysis and rollback planning.
  • •Coordinate with business users, IT teams, and third-party vendors for issue resolution, enhancements, and escalations in regulated workflows.
  • •Maintain knowledge articles, runbooks, and audit documentation; ensure adherence to healthcare regulations and security/data privacy standards.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience supporting the Healthcare Provider domain, including hospital workflows and operational support.
  • •Ability to investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve L2/L3 incidents for COTS healthcare applications with SLA adherence and root-cause analysis.
  • •Experience with application monitoring and maintenance, including patch validation, upgrades, and interface/batch job health.
  • •Familiarity with provider credentialing, privileging, and reappointment workflows, including provider directories and profile synchronization.
  • •Experience integrating provider-facing systems with EMRs and related platforms, and maintaining compliance and security documentation.
