Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform inspections and testing during HVAC (AHU) installation and commissioning, including calibration checks and verification against IOM manuals and drawings.
  • •Conduct ongoing maintenance by monitoring system performance, identifying issues (e.g., air leakage), and carrying out adjustments or repairs to prevent breakdowns.
  • •Oversee HVAC system implementation stages from planning through execution, prioritizing energy efficiency, occupant comfort, safety compliance, and quality.
  • •Execute HVAC commissioning activities including design review, installation verification, system testing, functional performance testing, documentation, and evidence of completion steps.
  • •Provide training and handover for facility personnel on operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting newly commissioned HVAC systems.
