Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as the primary IT relationship owner for Motorsport business leadership and translate business strategy into technology roadmaps.
  • •Own Motorsport demand intake, evaluate and prioritize requests, and lead capability mapping and solution assessment.
  • •Develop multi-year Motorsport technology roadmaps and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and cybersecurity requirements.
  • •Lead IT readiness and technology mobilization plans for new Motorsport assets, coordinating requirements with operators and business users.
  • •Track dependencies across supporting facilities and core assets to ensure technology readiness before asset opening and major events.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Technology Management, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • •10+ years of progressive experience in Information Technology, Digital Transformation, Technology Strategy, or Business Relationship Management.
  • •At least 5 years in a leadership role managing technology portfolios and strategic roadmaps.
  • •Demonstrated experience driving executive stakeholder engagement in complex, large-scale environments.
  • •Experience aligning technology investments and decisions to business outcomes, operational objectives, and enterprise requirements (including architecture and cybersecurity).
