Key Responsibilities

  • •Establish and maintain governance standards, processes, and procedures across all Project Falcon workstreams.
  • •Manage the governance calendar and reporting cadence, including steering committees and leadership forums, and quality-assure governance packs.
  • •Own and maintain RAID, decisions, and actions, following up with owners to keep information accurate and escalating concerns when required.
  • •Coordinate programme forums by organizing agendas, papers, invitations, meeting logistics, and capturing outputs, decisions, and actions.
  • •Maintain control and compliance through programme repositories, document control standards, version management, and support assurance reviews and stage gates.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience in a PMO, Programme Office, or Project Coordination role.
  • •Experience supporting large-scale transformation, ERP, or systems implementation programmes.
  • •Experience preparing governance packs and managing reporting cycles across leadership forums.
  • •Demonstrable experience maintaining RAID (risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies), decisions, and action logs.
  • •Document control experience, including version management and audit-trail administration, plus proficiency in Microsoft 365 and SharePoint.
