  • •Execute GTM strategy to achieve Japan sales targets, including growth strategy development and realization.
  • •Plan and drive new business initiatives, proposals, and project execution using Avanade technology.
  • •Lead and deepen collaboration with strategic partners such as Microsoft.
  • •Strengthen brand presence in Japan through effective campaigns.
  • •Maximize ROI by executing targeted campaigns and measuring effectiveness.

Key Requirements

  • •Manufacturing or financial industry expertise from serving customers in those domains.
  • •Experience proposing technology solutions and leading projects in the technology or consulting industry.
  • •Leadership experience in at least one of: Go To Market, solution consulting, or pre-sales.
  • •Experience serving mid-market customers (sales 50B to 400B+ JPY; primarily Prime Market).
  • •Ability to conduct business communication in English at a global/APAC level (preferred).
