Key Responsibilities

  • •Identify complex problems at the customer site and drive solutions through implementation.
  • •Lead recipe creation to optimize system performance and train PSE/AEs in recipe creation.
  • •Execute ß-sites, evaluate and demo new technologies/features at customer sites.
  • •Develop and optimize imaging and analysis workflows, including tool characterization and baseline performance evaluations.
  • •Provide customer-facing technical sales support via demos, conferences/trade shows, and technical publications/presentations.
Travel: Medium travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 86,500 - 119,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •BS or MS degree in a relevant technical field.
  • •Hands-on experience designing and conducting experiments; ability to analyze and communicate results.
  • •Willingness and ability to travel up to 25% (domestic and international).
  • •Background in microscopy or related imaging techniques (preferred).
  • •Foundational understanding of X-ray absorption principles and imaging/optical fundamentals (preferred).
