Key Responsibilities

•Lead enterprise design, build, and administration of network platforms to ensure stability, scalability, and performance.
•Manage and optimize routing, switching, network services, VPN, SD-WAN, wireless, and telecom/VoIP; support multi-cloud networking (AWS, Azure preferred) including NSGs.
•Use monitoring and diagnostic tools (Cisco DNA, SolarWinds, ThousandEyes, Wireshark) to evaluate performance, troubleshoot issues, and maintain reliability.
•Automate network processes and services using orchestration and programming tools (Ansible a plus); configure and maintain network software to minimize downtime.
•Provide telecommunications support and on-site implementation/assistance, including PBX and call accounting systems (with up to 25% travel as required).

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Network Engineering, Information Technology Management, or a related technical field, plus 2+ years of relevant experience (or equivalent combination).
•Current Cisco CCNA and/or Cisco CCDA certification required (Cisco CCNP preferred).
•Experience supporting cloud migrations and maintaining network security using VPN and firewall configuration.
•Strong technical, analytical, and interpersonal skills with clear, professional, customer-friendly communication.
•Ability to manage multiple priorities and respond to installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting needs.
