Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and lead CNS’s cybersecurity business with accountability for strategy, client engagement, managed security services, service delivery, and growth.
  • •Lead delivery of managed security services (SOC, SIEM, MDR), including threat detection, incident response, vulnerability management, and security monitoring; ensure SLA/KPI adherence.
  • •Define and execute cybersecurity, data governance, cloud security, and AI assurance strategy; establish governance frameworks covering ISO 27001, NIST, ISO 42001, privacy, and regional regulatory requirements.
  • •Own cyber risk management and security architecture strategy across cloud, on-premises, hybrid, application, network, and data environments; embed controls across IAM, configuration management, workload protection, data protection, logging, and monitoring.
  • •Lead pre-sales and go-to-market activities (solution design, proposals/bids, executive presentations), standardize solution architectures and delivery models, and drive revenue growth and recurring services.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in cyber security, IT, or related field.
  • •15+ years in cyber security with at least 5 years in leadership roles.
  • •Experience in MSSP / System Integrator (CNS-type environment) is desired.
  • •Strong expertise in SOC, SIEM, EDR, cloud security, and GRC frameworks.
  • •Certifications in CISSP, CISM, CISA, CEH, and ISO 27001 Lead Implementer (as stated).
