Key Responsibilities

•Provide leadership and a strategic vision for RTX Flight Operations Support department, which is responsible for providing scheduling and coordination of safe and efficient executive transportation service to approved authorizers.
•Lead a team of flight coordinators and dispatchers.
•Plan and direct the operation of RTX Flight dispatch and scheduling functions supporting mission readiness and optimizing aircraft utilization in alignment with company objectives.
•Direct and oversee daily activities related to scheduling, flight planning, and dispatch.
•Oversee the scheduling and planning of domestic and international flights.

Key Requirements

•Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 14 years prior relevant experience in flight operations, dispatch, or aviation management or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 12 years of experience.
•Prior supervisory experience.
•Working knowledge of MS Office, Zoom/Teams, and flight operations scheduling software.
•Proven ability to manage projects, work independently, and prioritize work in time-sensitive situations.
•FAA Aircraft Dispatcher Certification is preferred.
