Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced full-cycle sales professional to own the end-to-end sales process in Africa for RTB House’s DSP solutions. You will generate new business through strategic outbound outreach, manage pipeline from prospecting to closing, and build strong relationships with mid- to senior-level decision-makers in a fast-growing, remote-friendly environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Own the full sales cycle — from outbound lead generation to closing new business.
•Execute high-volume outreach (cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, etc.) to engage decision-makers.
•Book and lead discovery and demo meetings with prospects.
•Identify, map, and navigate target accounts and key stakeholders.
•Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline through diligent follow-up and CRM tracking, collaborating with marketing and customer success for alignment.
