Key Responsibilities

•Own end-to-end features in Cart & Checkout, collaborating with Product, Design, Data, and partner engineering teams to define scope, architecture, and rollout plans.
•Design and implement full-stack solutions using technologies like TypeScript, React/Next.js, Tailwind, AWS Lambdas, DynamoDB, Redis, and modern CI/CD workflows.
•Lead technical design for high-impact initiatives in areas such as Global checkout flows, Fraud and risk controls, and Enabling buying pathways in expanding sales channels.
•Champion quality and operational excellence: Write well-tested, well-documented code, instrument monitoring/logging/alerts, and plan safe rollouts with feature flags and A/B tests.
•Shepherd work from idea to stable production: drive technical discovery, collaborate with QA/SRE, and support on-call rotations for critical revenue paths.

Key Requirements

•7+ years of software development experience
•Strong TypeScript skills
•Solid knowledge of API best practices, experience with serverless patterns (AWS Lambdas) and Service-Oriented Architectures
•Have designed, built, and deployed scalable, performant web services on AWS
•Have experience with DevOps, including CI/CD pipeline configuration, monitoring and observability for code in production, and crafting quality alerts to support operational excellence
