Job Summary

Deliver day-to-day ticketing event support for clients by programming requests in bespoke Ticketmaster software across the event lifecycle. Serve as the client’s Ticketmaster support contact, maintain service levels, and improve client satisfaction through training, best practices, and consultancy on operational needs. Work with internal teams and external clients to ensure accurate event setup, follow rigorous checking procedures, and provide tiered support at point of on sale.

Key Responsibilities

•Use bespoke ticketing software to program a variety of ticketing work requests accurately.
•Prepare, create, check, and maintain events and offers, including complex submissions, ensuring correct programming.
•Set up medium/large system venues and follow rigorous checking procedures and guidelines.
•Liaise with internal departments and external clients to ensure events are set up correctly and timely.
•Provide training, best-practice sharing, and tiered support at point of on sale, including contingency planning for event-building issues.

Key Requirements

•Fluent or professional-level Japanese language skills (written and verbal) and good spoken and written English.
•Strong computer literacy and proficiency with MS Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
•Proven ability to learn complex software packages and become conversant with Event Programming processes and bespoke Ticketmaster software.
•Experience working with clients and establishing relationships.
•Experience working in a data-driven, fast-paced, target-driven environment with strong attention to detail.
