Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and execute the visual merchandising and styling strategy for Menswear across Europe, balancing commercial objectives with premium brand expression.
  • •Develop seasonal styling concepts and direction for windows, mannequins, and in-store presentations.
  • •Translate seasonal campaigns, brand stories, and product strategies into visual merchandising guidelines and execution materials for stores.
  • •Lead styling and consumer journey strategy for flagship locations, ensuring engaging, consumer-centric shopping experiences that support commercial goals.
  • •Support seasonal presentations and activations, and provide training/coaching to Field VM teams and the Global VM Trainer. “willingness to travel across Europe (approximately 30%)”.
