Key Responsibilities

  • •Complete the 90-day customer delivery driver trainee programme to become a fully qualified Delivery Technician with a C1 driving licence.
  • •Be an ambassador for the John Lewis brand, prioritising great customer service.
  • •Perform daily vehicle checks, assist with loading deliveries, and collaborate with the warehouse team.
  • •Respect customers’ homes and handle unexpected situations to find the best solution.
  • •Install various products (including wall-mount TVs, integrated appliances, and hard-wired appliance installations) efficiently and safely.
