Job Summary

Manage a portfolio of Business Banking Small Business clients by building trusted relationships and driving retention and revenue growth. Proactively reach out on an interval schedule, cross-market and promote banking products and services, and provide financial information and solutions through consultative reviews. Review financial statements, assess credit lines, renew loans, and identify lending opportunities. Partner with internal teams on sales opportunities while maintaining compliance and mitigating client run-off.

Key Responsibilities

•Maintain and grow an assigned portfolio of Business Banking Small Business clients to retain banking relationships.
•Proactively call on clients to address service and business needs on a set interval schedule.
•Promote and cross-market financial products and services, providing consultative financial solutions.
•Review financial statements, assess credit lines, renew loans, and complete business lending responsibilities.
•Manage client retention, mitigate profitable run-off, engage partners on opportunities, and complete required administrative/compliance tasks.

Travel: Low travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 27.4 - 41.83 hourly

Key Requirements

•Associate's Degree or equivalent experience.
•Minimum 1 year of experience in a comparable or skill-transferable role with strong customer service and selling skills.
•Minimum 1 year of extensive financial services experience in business/commercial banking, including understanding the regulatory and competitive environment.
•Small business lending experience.
•Ability to build trust with a client-centric approach and use structured sales methodologies.
