Key Responsibilities

  • •Own end-to-end logistics coordination for field operations, including procurement, delivery, and availability of gear and support equipment across multiple assets.
  • •Drive sparing strategy and maintain critical spare inventory levels; manage field ops consumables tracking, forecasting, and replenishment.
  • •Lead hands-on troubleshooting, repair, operation, and maintenance of AUVs and heavy-duty equipment in the field.
  • •Own equipment readiness standards, establish and enforce preventive maintenance schedules, and run monthly equipment inventories across multiple assets.
  • •Lead site surveys for operational locations and coordinate test site mobilization/demobilization, including logistics for over-the-ground transport and craning operations.

Salary: USD 112,000 - 149,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of relevant experience in logistics, equipment maintenance, or operational support.
  • •Demonstrated experience leading or coordinating operational logistics in a field environment.
  • •Track record managing complex inventories and equipment across distributed assets.
  • •Experience with Microsoft Excel and Oracle (or equivalent ERP systems).
  • •Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Top Secret Security Clearance (including pre-employment and randomized substance screening).
