  • •Collect, label, curate, structure, and engineer features to make better use of data and improve models.
  • •Use analytical methods to answer business questions and improve assets and models.

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., statistics, computer science, engineering), ideally with a focus on natural language processing (PhD is a plus).
  • •At least 3 years of data science experience, preferably in the financial sector (strong academics may qualify with less).
  • •Hands-on experience with SQL, Pandas, Hadoop/Spark, and web scraping to prepare and structure data for data science.
  • •Broad analytical skills across classical machine learning and generative AI, using a data-centric approach to build and improve AI solutions.
  • •Extensive programming experience with Python and the ability to deploy AI applications in production using a tool stack (CI/CD, Airflow, MLflow).
