Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the x86 solutions expert within the Aerospace & Defense team, defining and delivering reference designs and benchmarking for AMD embedded products
  • •Collaborate with internal x86 marketing, applications, and product management teams to shape value propositions and influence the roadmap
  • •Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key aerospace & defense customers and partners, driving adoption and informing future requirements
  • •Create product value propositions and direct outbound content, presentations, and webinars to differentiate AMD x86 solutions
  • •Guide internal and external teams in execution and delivery of reference designs and benchmarking across defense applications
Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of experience with embedded processors and systems in the defense sector
  • •Strong background with x86 and Arm CPUs, with ideally exposure to RISC-V
  • •Excellent written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional and customer engagement
  • •Knowledge of BIOS, embedded drivers, and application software
  • •Experience with memory architectures, benchmarking, and performance tradeoffs in defense/embedded systems
