Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate with team leaders/project managers and customers to understand requirements for on-site installation and repairs, forecasting issues and synchronizing work.
  • •Serve as direct customer contact and ensure customer satisfaction by identifying, diagnosing, and repairing equipment and systems at customer locations.
  • •Use software/technology and hand tools, following blueprints or engineering specifications, to diagnose and repair units.
  • •Maintain flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed, including occasional overnight stays.
  • •Enforce safety standards and maintain security/accountability of company-issued and procured assets through recording use, wear, and conditions.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent, or a certificate of completion from an accredited technical school is required.
  • •Typically 0-2 years of HVAC experience; technical school or formal training is preferred.
  • •Operating knowledge of Microsoft Office and working proficiency with a handheld computer (e.g., smartphone, iPad).
  • •Valid driver’s license for at least 12 months with no major/frequent traffic violations, including DUI or reckless driving, in the previous 3 years.
