Key Responsibilities

•Information Gathering and Discovery: Lead the efforts to conduct operational assessments, business process reviews, and other discovery events to gain a comprehensive understanding of the customer’s current business processes within Public Safety agencies.
•Analytical Evaluation and Recommendations: Evaluate existing business processes to identify opportunities for improvement and provide tailored recommendations for configuration and application of Motorola’s software.
•Business Process Reengineering: Facilitate workshops and discussions to develop new processes aligning with objectives.
•Training Development and Orientation: Design and deliver training curriculum and materials for end-users.
•User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Facilitation: Define, coordinate, and lead UAT processes and document results.

Key Requirements

•High School diploma, Associates, or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Project Management, or 3 years of experience in a Public Safety Information technology environment.

•Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required. Employer work permit sponsorship is not available for this position.
