Job Summary

Delivery Manager in Elastic’s Professional Services helps lead customer-facing service engagements from planning through delivery, collaborating with architects, consultants and partners to ensure high-quality implementations. •Partner with Customer Success and Account Executives to support account renewals and add-on opportunities.
•Manage a portfolio of multiple engagements, varying in size, through strong prioritization and time management.
