Key Responsibilities

•Lead and deliver technical outcomes for power generation projects across thermal and renewable technologies.
•Undertake and own business development activities and nurture client relationships.
•Monitor and manage multi-disciplinary projects, applying project controls and quality processes.
•Perform thermodynamic computer modelling, layout development, and technical reviews.
•Ensure engineering outcomes meet client needs, regulatory requirements and project budgets.

Key Requirements

•Proven experience in thermal power generation (typically 7–15 years, with a minimum of 5 years required).
•Bachelor’s level degree in Mechanical Engineering.
•Chartered engineering status and/or state-based registration qualification (RPEQ, RPEV) preferred.
•Experience in managing multiple engineering projects of varying complexity and size.
•Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work virtually and face-to-face within a team environment.
