Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide domain expertise on product safety and quality across consumer goods and hardlines; guide risk mitigation and compliance best practices.
  • •Contribute to shaping the CoE focus areas, structure, and operating model; collaborate with Product, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Partnerships.
  • •Engage in customer conversations as a subject matter expert; support commercial teams in complex product safety discussions.
  • •Develop internal playbooks, enablement materials, and best practice guidance for product safety and quality knowledge.
  • •Collaborate across functions to ensure alignment of safety/quality perspectives with traceability and sustainability initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in product safety, quality, compliance, consulting, or related roles within consumer goods, hardlines, or similar industries.
  • •Solid understanding of production and supply chain processes.

  • •Proven ability to manage multi-workstream, cross-functional initiatives.
  • •Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus.
