Key Responsibilities

  • •Run technical discovery sessions, identify and prioritize use cases, and translate business goals into an AI roadmap and high-level solution architecture.
  • •Own end-to-end delivery from discovery and design through build, deploy, and adoption; manage account operating model (governance, decision forums, cadence).
  • •Drive day-to-day execution with priorities, milestones, unblocking, risk management, and scope control including change management.
  • •Produce and manage key artifacts (design doc, runbook, eval plan, rollout plan, handover) and support scoping documents and SOW inputs.
  • •Lead user testing, training, change management, and developer enablement; track value realization against KPIs and report to executive sponsors.

Key Requirements

  • •Advanced university degree in physics or engineering, or IT.
  • •5+ years of experience as a (technical) project manager in a relevant industry (e.g., automotive, semiconductors, aerospace).
  • •Experience with software development, machine learning, and ideally numerical simulations for physics and engineering (e.g., CAE, CFD, FEM, DEM).
  • •Hands-on coding proficiency (Python at minimum) and ability to read design docs and discuss deeply with data scientists, ML engineers, and simulation engineers.
  • •Familiarity with deployment patterns (SaaS, VPC, on-prem, hybrid), security and compliance basics, and ideally agile project management.
