Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the Americas travel program and align it to global T&E policy and mobility strategy.
  • •Localize travel policies for regional requirements and act as the primary escalation point for travel-related issues.
  • •Manage travel supplier/vendor relationships, supporting sourcing, RFPs, and contract renewals with Procurement.
  • •Drive cost optimization via preferred supplier adoption, savings initiatives, and monitoring leakage and out-of-policy spend.
  • •Ensure a regionally relevant traveler experience and oversee issue resolution, duty of care, travel risk management, and related audits/internal controls.

Key Requirements
