Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead Prime Contract Engineering activities for Salam Electronic Warfare programmes as the prime engineering management point of contact for all stakeholders.
  • •Develop and implement Salam engineering strategies, including ensuring an engineering management system aligned to the Functional Governance Manual is in place across the programme.
  • •Ensure customer Electronic Warfare requirements are captured, flowed down to product/service providers, and integrated technical EW solutions meet intended use.
  • •Assure technical interfaces across contracted packages and implement assurance monitoring and safety management integration across Product/Service/Environmental safety and SHE.
  • •Manage technical risks and programme delivery against schedule, quality, budgets, and contractual commitments, including career development and Saudisation of engineering staff.

Key Requirements

  • •Educated to engineering degree level or equivalent, with Chartered Engineer status (or equivalent).
  • •Extensive experience working in multinational project environments, ideally including a period working abroad.
  • •Experience working on MoD contracts, including supplier management across a supply chain.
  • •Track record leading multiple projects successfully as a recognised Executive Engineer, with professional standing.
  • •Strong Electronic Warfare engineering background (design or maintenance) and experience applying engineering process, functional governance, and assurance.
